Start a Red Tails Student Ambassador Club
Bring aviation, STEM, leadership, mentorship, and service opportunities to your school, church, or community organization.
The Red Tails Student Ambassador Program™ helps students explore aviation careers, drone technology, STEM activities, leadership development, community service, college readiness, and scholarship opportunities.
Who Can Start a Club?
Schools, churches, community centers, youth organizations, recreation centers, libraries, housing communities, Boys & Girls Clubs, YMCA programs, and other youth-serving organizations may apply.
Minimum Requirements
To start a club, your organization must have:
- Meeting space
- One adult Site Coordinator
- Minimum of 10 student participants
- Meetings at least twice per month
- Support for student participation in chapter activities
- Minimum of 10 adult members who become paid Founding Members of the Tampa Bay Chapter
- Cost is $25 per student

Red Tails Student Ambassadors
Hillsborough County Public Schools is partnering with the Tampa Bay Chapter of Tuskegee Airmen, Inc. to provide student membership scholarships for eligible HCPS students.
This exciting opportunity connects students with aviation, aerospace, STEM, leadership development, career exploration, and community service experiences inspired by the legacy of the Tuskegee Airmen.
